How do I change which apps are paused?

In SimplyPause, open Blocks. Tap Change under "Pause all day", or tap a scheduled block to change its own apps.

Can I still open an app when I need it?

Yes, always. Take the breath, tap "Open anyway" and pick 2, 5, 15 or 30 minutes. When the time is up, the pause comes back.

How do I turn SimplyPause off?

Turn off "Pause all day" and your blocks in the Blocks tab. To remove its Screen Time access, go to iPhone Settings > Screen Time, or delete the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In SimplyPause, go to Settings > Subscription. Or on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel before your free week ends and you pay nothing.

Why don't I see my screen time numbers?

They come from Apple's Screen Time. Check that Screen Time is on in iPhone Settings and that SimplyPause has access. Numbers can take a few minutes to appear.
